Jeremy’s expertise spans IT infrastructure, server management, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and business technology strategy. His hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge position PTS as a trusted leader in the industry. From small businesses to large-scale enterprises, he plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing IT systems that enhance productivity, security, and efficiency.
At his core, Jeremy is a problem solver. Jo Pippos
With nearly two decades of unwavering dedication to Pippos Tech, Jo has played a key role in the company’s success. Initially working behind the scenes for over 17 years, Jo played an instrumental role in shaping PTS over the years before leaving the corporate world in 2022 to join the PTS office full time.
Her extensive expertise spans IT support, HR management, finance, accounting, marketing, web design, and corporate business strategy – making her the ultimate “details person” who ensures everything runs seamlessly.
Jo’s career is defined by her versatility. From managing complex financial operations as CFO to overseeing company-wide strategy as COO, she wears many hats, adapting and leading the PTS team with precision. Whether refining corporate structures, developing marketing strategies, or designing intuitive web solutions for clients, Jo’s influence is woven into every aspect of the business.
Her deep understanding of business operations, paired with a keen eye for detail, makes her an invaluable asset to Pippos Tech. As both a strategist and an implementer, Jo ensures the company not only meets but exceeds its goals—for itself and its customers.

Hasitha has 7 years of Australian-based experience in ICT support and holds dual Master’s Degrees – an MBA in IT Management and a Master of IT and Systems. She is certified in Microsoft technologies (MS-102, AZ-104, Azure Virtual Desktop, MTA), CompTIA A+, and 3CX telephony systems. Her expertise spans systems administration, networking, and end-user support, contributing to reliable and secure ICT operations
